There were a lot of rumors that were swirling around before WrestleMania 32, and some of them ended up coming true. As the event came and went, there were also a lot of rumors that didn’t come true at all. One of the biggest rumors was Bill Goldberg signing with WWE and making a huge return at the pay-per-view, and it didn’t happen. Of course, he never said anything about it either. Now, however, he has addressed the rumors about possibly returning to WWE.
Since about December, the rumors were that Goldberg would be signed by WWE in time to make a return at WrestleMania 32. As time came closer, the rumors heated up more and more, but then he didn’t show up.
When Brock Lesnar announced that he is to come out of retirement and make his return to the octagon at UFC 200, there was a degree of controversy surrounding his return.
