Clinton E-Mail Report Released by Federal Bureau of Investigation

Clinton and her longtime aide and lawyer, Cheryl Mills, told FBI investigators during questioning that they had no knowledge of the technology company's deletions.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton on new evidence that Hillary Clinton's State Department aides gave Clinton Foundation donors special treatment.

Clinton's answers the FBI investigators; her excuses; her attempts at establishing plausible deniability, are so far from the realm of believability they are beyond ludicrous.

Shortly after the two documents were released on the Friday afternoon before Labor Day, Rep. Trey Gowdy, chairman of the House Select Committee on Benghazi, sent out a statement suggesting he does not believe the documents tell the full story, and that if the full story were told it might suggest wrongdoing on the part of the Clinton team.

FBI Director James Comey did not recommend charges against her but did state she had been "extremely careless" with classified material.

The FBI documents show that an unnamed computer specialist deleted the archive of Clinton's emails weeks after the existence of the private server became public in March 2015.

But the fallout of the private server issue, continues to dog Clinton, as her lead over her Republican counterpart, Donald Trump has been cut in half, since her post convention bounce last month.

The FBI's notes also reveal that Hillary didn't care about the difference between different classification levels, and may not even have understood them. The person further told the Federal Bureau of Investigation that, on Hanley's instruction, he shipped the laptop using either the "United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service to [redacted] who was Clinton's [redacted] at the time". "The election should not slow down this probe".

However, the Clinton Campaign asserted that the report once again proves that there was no justification for a case against her.

The Clinton campaign released a statement welcoming the report's release. The Denver-based firm and its lawyer were similarly not immediately available for their reactions.

At least one federal judge is examining whether this was the case as part of a lawsuit against the State Department concerning public access to Clinton's government records, which the US government said it had no access to in response to requests from members of the public.

"CLINTON could not say for sure if the parenthetical "C" is used for portion marking classified documents", reads the FBI's report.

The FBI took the unusual step of releasing to the public documents related to its yearlong investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server while secretary of state. The most disturbing thing about Mrs. Clinton's continuing email drama may be where she's telling the truth.

However, contrary to what Gowdy says, Fox Business reported on August 29 that Andrew Ziem, co-founder and mastermind behind Bleachbit, claims it could be possible to recover the set of Hillary Clinton's emails wiped clean by the software.

The FBI said Mills had instructed the Platte River engineer in December 2014 to delete all emails from the server older than 60 days old.
