Police officer shoots unarmed black pastor

The attorney for Officer Betty Shelby said she is a Drug Recognition Expert and believed Terence Crutcher was under the influence of something.

The late Terence Crutcher, 40 (R), and his twin sister Dr. Tiffany Crutcher (L). "That big "bad dude" was my twin brother".

"Just know that our voices will be heard", she said, according to the Tulsa World. That big bad dude was at church singing with all of his flaws every week.

"You all want to know who that "big bad dude" was?" He did not have a weapon on him at the time.

Crump accused a police department spokesperson, Officer Jeanne Mackenzie, of spreading "misinformation that he caused his own death" when she told reporters on Friday night that Crutcher had prompted the shooting by refusing to raise his hands and reaching into his vehicle.

He can then be seen falling to the ground in a bloody heap.

"This is unbearable and it needs to be intolerable", she said.

He also confirmed that Shelby had fired one shot and Officer Tyler Turnbough had deployed his Taser.

If Crutcher was wandering unresponsively on a risky street, cops may have been wise to subdue him with a Taser. At the same time, another officer fired a stun gun at the victim. "We have one suspect down". He said there was no gun found on Crutcher or in his vehicle.

Two 911 calls described an SUV that had been abandoned in the middle of the road. She added, "I think he's smoking something". They said they'd viewed the video and they saw no justification for Crutcher's shooting. "We asked for answers, and we clearly got it through the video".
