Bills WR Watkins out, Rex Ryan has "major concern"

The Buffalo Bills will be without their No. 1 receiving threat this Sunday when they visit the New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium.
At what point do the Buffalo Bills determine that they aren't likely to have Sammy Watkins for a large chunk of this season?
Buffalo Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins missed practice for the third time this week on Friday, and Rex Ryan said after practice that Watkins would be out for the team's Week 4 game against the New England Patriots.
"I don't know if fear is the right word, but major concern", Ryan said of Watkins's foot, via Mike Rodak of ESPN.
Watkins, who missed last Sunday's win against the Arizona Cardinals, has been nursing an injured foot that required surgery this past offseason.

The action followed the terrorist attack from there on an Indian Army base 11 days ago in Uri in which 18 soldiers were killed. The bodies of the Indian soldiers have not been recovered by the Indian Army from the site of the skirmishes at the LoC.
"If we thought he could go, obviously we'd play him, regardless of if he practiced or not", Ryan said. He had a setback last week when a teammate stepped on his injured foot at a walk-through practice.
"I don't mind doing this every week", Ryan said when asked on the possibility of Watkins playing in the future.
Watkins, the fourth overall pick in the 2014 draft, has six catches for 63 yards this season.
Also ruled out were back up tackle Cyrus Kouandijo (ankle), offensive lineman Patrick Lewis with a knee injury and receiver Greg Salas with a groin problem.
