Pakistan Army Captures Indian Soldier On Kashmir Border

Shortly after India announced the surgical strikes at the terrorist launch pads, Pakistan Army's media department said two of its soldiers were killed in overnight cross border firing by India.
It said that one soldier had "inadvertently crossed over" and that the Pakistan DGMO had been informed on the hotline.
Singh also said India had provided Pakistan with "fingerprints and DNA samples" after the terror attacks in Poonch and Uri on September 11 and 18 September.
The News reported, "Military spokesman Asim Bajwa confirmed that Indian army opened unprovoked firing in violation of ceasefire agreement at different sectors but rejected New Delhi's claim that surgical strikes were carried out".
Pakistan's Defence Minister Khawaja Asif also denied that any surgical strikes were carried out by India.
Pakistan had sought a prompt reply from the Indian authorities over their forces' violation of the ceasefire at the LoC.
