Chelsea are runaway leaders in the Premier League, with an eight-point lead over second-placed Tottenham Hotspur, but Conte said winning both the league and FA Cup this season would be a big ask.
Conte said: "A lot of young players are in my squad now, and it's important to have this link with the first team and the academy and exploit work of academy".
Terry's return comes at the flawless time as Conte has revealed that he'll take the opportunity to give David Luiz a rest this weekend so Terry should come in to the back three.
Conte also confirmed he had a fully-fit squad for the match, including captain John Terry who has overcome an ankle injury. "It won't be easy - in the league there are six teams very strong to fight to the end to win the title", he added.
Blues boss Conte insisted he was not aware of a new deal being on offer to Costa and vowed to resolve any issues once the campaign is finished.
Guardiola unsure if Jesus will return this season
Pep Guardiola hopes Gabriel Jesus' injury is not a serious one and doesn't tarnish Man City's move into second place. The Brazil global was assessed on Tuesday and City said Gabriel Jesus has "suffered a fractured metatarsal".
"We'll need to punch above our weight - but first and foremost we have to do what we're good at, not play Chelsea's way, or into their way of playing", said the former Aston Villa and Norwich City boss, whose side knocked out Liverpool at Anfield in the fourth round. "We must go into the next round".
One striker who is nearing a Chelsea exit is Dominic Solanke. "When you are Chelsea's coach or you are a Chelsea player, you must have this ambition to try to win every competition that you play", he told reporters. Wolves beat Liverpool away and Stoke away. "I hope in the future to absorb many players from our academy".
"I have spoken with him to try to understand his will".
Skipper John Terry could replace Luiz, with Nathan Ake potentially replacing Alonso on the left.
