Europa: Pogba v Pogba as Man Utd Takes on Saint Etienne
Feb 17 2017 by Marjorie Miles
For in the red of Manchester United will be Paul Pogba, the club's £89 million (about $105 million) summer signing, and in the green of St-Etienne will be Florentin Pogba, his brother.
The Portuguese tactician was reportedly unhappy with United's first-half display, and was said to be further annoyed when Valencia and Pogba played the ball backwards in moments they could have perhaps looked forward.
"I learned to lose and I would say that you're not losing but learning".
Zlatan first conned the referee into awarding Manchester United a free kick just outside the Saint-Etienne box after theatrically initiating contact with a defender by throwing himself at him. I think when the game started they were focused on the game. He can handle all of that because of the mental strength he has had since his youth.
"Even if United are a great club, anything is possible in football". He knows what it's like in our family.
Midnight Oil to play at Hanging Rock
Midnight Oil are returning to New Zealand for two concerts in September - their first in this country since 1995. The band will perform at 18 venues around Australia in October and November, including several regional centres.
"It's good because we wanted to win, we wanted to score goals, and we did so it will be easier for us in the next game", he added.
Earlier this month, he told Europe's governing football body Uefa that it would be "weird" facing his younger brother. "I hope we will both be able to enjoy it and that the best team wins". "We can envisage a good run in this competition because we have the potential".
It is not the first time Saint-Etienne have faced United in Europe - they met in the first round of the now defunct Cup Winners' Cup in 1977 with the English club winning 3-1 on aggregate. It wasn't just about Paul and Florentin.
The Sparta Rotterdam striker, who previously played for Wrexham, Partick Thistle and Crewe Alexandra, also wore a half and half shirt.
Florentin adds: "My parents will have mixed feelings because whatever happens there will be one victor and one loser".
