There's a New Nintendo Switch Update Out

The market research firm Media Create has compiled new data that reveals that the Nintendo Switch is selling at a much faster rate in Japan than the PlayStation 4's launch period.

Nintendo has just made it clear that fans should expect to see the company in the upcoming massive annual gaming event E3 2017. The main difference of the speculated game will be on the characters and the Pokemon in the game.

In a recent interview with Fox News, Nintendo of America's Reggie Fils-Amie assured that the company has big announcements to make when E3 begins later this year in June.

You can see it in its entirety below or by heading to the Mass Effect Andromeda Twitter site.

"If there was ever a piece of hardware that needed some form of emergency backup, it's the Nintendo Switch", Forbes stated. However, there was no indication that they will be working on games for the Nintendo Switch.

We won't be seeing new voice acting anytime soon though, as that is far too big and expensive a job to redo at this stage in the game's life. He did not even give any hints regarding the titles that will be showcased for the Nintendo Switch. Nintendo's past few E3's have been nontraditional-and some say lackluster-by showcasing only a couple of games in separate Directs or Treehouse live streams.

Well, that could all be about to change, with Nintendo confirming big things are on the way. There has been speculation, as yet unconfirmed, that the Switch's wireless networking checks can cause slowdown in certain games.

In a thread on the official Nintendo Switch subreddit, tettzan777 showed an image of the result of his project to transform his Nintendo 64 into a dock for Nintendo's latest console.

Details as to what Nintendo have up their sleeves were kept under wraps, but Fils-Aime did reveal that the Switch won't be the only focus at E3 this year. Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
