Jared Kushner and Stephen Bannon meet to smooth tensions

The White House has repeatedly denied reports of internal strife, which have frequently dogged Trump's administration since Inauguration Day. Whenever some news comes out, Colbert and his staff are there to make fun of it.

The president is rumored to be considering replacing White House whipping boy Priebus with several candidates, including House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy and Goldman Sachs alum/Trump economic adviser Gary Cohn. He's also played a key role in Trump's foreign policy, including the US relationship with China.
