Disciplined Indian bowling dismissed world top-ranked ODI team South Africa for 191 runs in 44.3 overs despite a good start from the latter at The Oval. After that South Africa never gained the momentum.
"We played in Birmingham before".
De Kock (53) kicked on to a 68-ball half century but was bowled by Ravindra Jadeja soon after when attempting to sweep, and then a batting collapse ensued. Just five balls later, du Plessis was involved in another run-out as both he and David Miller saw a breakdown in communication result in both players running to the same end.
Smith also spoke about middle-order batsman Faf du Plessis, who was involved in two vital run outs, which also cost them the match.
On June 11, South Africa played India in their last Group B match and the points table was such that the game was a virtual quarter-final. India managed to make its entry into Semi-finals after winning against South Africa. India was in a initial shock by loing the wicket of Rohit Sharma when the score was just 23.
Kohli did not hit a boundary until his 25th delivery but he made up with it with a superb six back down the ground.
South Africa's approach and intent wasn't positive and that essentially played a very crucial role in the way it lost.
Du Plessis was eventually bowled by Pandya for 36, Chris Morris was out for 4, and Duminy was the last specialist batsman with 13 overs left.
Yuvraj Singh supported Kohli on his way to an unbeaten 76 as India comfortably picked off the target with eight wickets and twelve overs to spare. "We are always like that, and I love it", he said.
Maryland, DC attorneys general suing Trump
A key case in the dispute is Trump International Hotel in Washington DC, just down the road from the White House. The Justice Department has already asked the court to dismiss a separate lawsuit that covers similar ground.
Taylor Swift's Music Is Returning To Streaming Services
But music experts believe there is something more to Swift's return to these streaming platforms other than gratitude for fans. At the height of her pop powers, Perry scored a record-breaking six U.S. number one singles from 2010's Teenage Dream album.
"It is important to grab those opportunities". Kohli said, "He's an attacking bowler and all I said was, express yourself, go for wickets".
Pakistan (squad): Sarfraz Ahmed (captain and wicket keeper), Ahmed Shehzad, Azhar Ali, Babar Azam, Fahim Ashraf, Fakhar Zaman, Haris Sohail, Hasan Ali, Imad Wasim, Junaid Khan, Mohammad Amir, Mohammad Hafeez, Rumman Raees, Shadab Khan and Shoaib Malik. But what happened after that was also not great, because that changed the game. The small things are something we are focusing on. "No one has ever had any doubts over the ability that he possesses to win games for the country, and he's done it in big tournaments", Kholi said.
"You have to understand how to finish games off, luckily we got their big strikers out early".
"We couldn't it get away".
"Through soft dismissals we lost our way, and that was the part for me that hurt the most".
"Maybe that was a difference, the crowd was supporting us and that's why the players were boosted".
Kohli shared his thoughts on the dominance of Asian teams in the ongoing tournament saying, "Maybe because of how much limited-overs cricket we play, I think the players are getting more experienced in hard situations, Maybe some of the teams have really surprised the opposition with the way they have batted and bowled in certain situations".
Not a lot of people will believe me but I feel it's pretty close.
