Cards Announce Rally Cat Appreciation Promotion

The outreach said they were working to determine if the kitten is the infamous Rally Cat from Wednesday night's Cardinals game. And you know what?

The team released a statement announcing the young gray tabby known as "Rally Cat" had disappeared after helping to lift the Cardinals to a win over the Kansas City Royals.

We'll see what lies ahead in Rally Cat's future.

A lot of people want to know what happened to that kitten.

The same group says it's now "confident" it's the same cat we saw scratching and clawing at Busch Stadium grounds crew member Lucas Hackmann as he attempted to safely remove it from harm's way.

Whether it was stolen, lost, accidentally let go, or what is still mostly unclear.

The kitten, who was initially picked up by a fan during Tuesday night's game, was reportedly later dropped off at City Garden downtown. She found the by the Stan Musial statue, and scooped it up.
