Former Regina Pats head coach Bryan Murray passes away at 74

The Capitals had not been to the playoffs in their first eight years of existence before making seven consecutive postseason trips under Murray. Not only was Bryan Murray recognized for his work by Sens fans, he was known for his work league wide.

"While his warmth and dry sense of humour were always evident, they were accompanied by the fiery competitiveness and determination that were his trademarks". Bryan's contributions to the game of hockey were outstanding, from his impact in Washington to his more recent service as a senior hockey advisor with the Ottawa Senators.
