Mark Hunt rips Dana White for UFC Fight Night 121 removal

Despite that, he's been a longtime critic of the UFC's business and an advocate for increased fighter pay. On Tuesday, Ultimate Fighting Championship officials confirmed that Hunt had been removed from main event slot after the promotion became aware of a recent article the heavyweight contender wrote for Australia's Players Voice last month in which the 2001 K-1 World Grand Prix champion admitted that he had been suffering from worrying signs of chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE).
But today the UFC announced he would not compete in Sydney because of "medical concerns" prompted by an article on Australian sports website, Players Voice. "I've still got my senses about me and I know what's right and wrong, which is the main thing", wrote Hunt. The truth is the legal case I have filed has caused me to be withdrawn. Upon finding out about his removal from the November 19 card, Hunt posted quite the strong response on his Instagram account, which can be found here (NSFW Language).
Heavyweight fan favorite Mark Hunt's ongoing war with the UFC just got taken to a new level.
"Stepping in for Hunt against the No. 8-ranked Tybura at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, Australia will be former UFC heavyweight champion Fabricio Werdum, who is coming off a 65-second submission win over Walt Harris last Saturday in Las Vegas".
The Super Samoan continued on Instagram: "I don't slur my words and..."
"I'll forget something I did yesterday but I can remember the shit I did years and years ago". Lesnar failed multiple drugs tests that were taking around the time of the fight, but took a few weeks until afterwards for the results to come back.
However, UFC officials have opted to withdraw him from the event in the interests of fighter safety after the publication of an article which details his struggles with fight-related health issues. "The organization will require that Hunt undergo further testing and evaluations prior to competing in any future UFC bout".
But a furious Hunt insists he has been cleared to fight by doctors and believes the real reason behind his removal is his current legal battle against the UFC, president Dana White and former opponent Brock Lesnar.
