Melanie C and Victoria Beckham were previously thought to be out of the picture for a new comeback, however they now seem to be in the frame once again. The return will happen in 2018.

Speaking to The Sun, an insider explained: "As it stands, they will be working together on a series of projects, which will include an album and a TV special celebrating the Spice Girls". To achieve the consent of Victoria was the most hard, this was all connected, - said the source.

It was rumoured that the rest of the Spice Girls had fallen out with the America's Got Talent judge because she turned them down for the video. And as a person who still listens to the seminal albums Spice and Spice World, that is very good news.

Victoria Beckham, Posh Spice, is usually the hold-back when it comes to reunion specials, but this time she's in.

It's thought that the ladies have become closer recently thanks to various events such as Mel B's bitter divorce battle and the birth of Geri's son Monty.
