Mike Mazzulli, president of the ABC, who was the lead regulator at Bellator event, said after the bout that he would talk with the UFC and boxing commissions in a bid to punish McGregor as doing so personally was out of his jurisdiction.

"I had some executives from the UFC contact me within 2 hours of what occurred".

"They did inform me that he was set to be on the December 30th card and he will not be on it", Mazzulli added.

WBO welterweight champion Jeff Horn (17-0-1, 11 KOs) has been getting a lot of heat for calling out fights like Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Conor McGregor - but the Australia star sees no issue with targeting either fighter - because of the money involved and he believes they are winnable fights.

However, Mazzulli has now told ultra-reliable MMA journalist Ariel Helwani that the UFC will be pulling McGregor from their event on December 30 - UFC 219 - as a result of his actions.

Sunday marks a full year since McGregor has appeared in the Octagon, dating back to his knockout victory over Eddie Alvarez at UFC 205 to capture the 155-pound title.

If you go bowling with Mookie, place no Betts

The U.S. -based Mohegan Tribe Department of Regulation, which oversaw the event, characterized McGregor's actions as an "assault" on Goddard, and said he "jeopardized the health and safety of the bout participants".

On the bond between McGregor and Ward: "Charlie is one of Conor's very close friends and he's coming off two pretty devastating losses".

'On the other hand, I will be looking at it and speaking to my attorneys upon returning to the United States to see if I have any action'.

In the moments that followed, the UFC lightweight champion shoved the official and aimed a slap at Bellator employee Michael Johnson, who had been trying to push him off the cage after he had scaled it. That's when I lost it. Fuck yous all.

"I'm a policy guy".

"You don't jump in the cage at at any time, in any fight". McGregor's post seems to indicate he felt Goddard took too long to officially declare the fight had ended. "You have the right to be sanctioned".
