Serial killer fears reignited after body found in Seminole Heights

Tampa PD warns Seminole Heights residents to stay inside after body found in street

Police in Tampa released this extended video of a person whom they believe knows something about these shootings. Witnesses tell police that Mr. Felton was crossing the street to meet someone when the suspect came up behind him and shot him. "The suspect is described as a black male, 6' to 6'2" in height, thin build, light complexion, dressed in all black, armed with a large black pistol and was wearing a black baseball cap.

Tampa police said a body was found before 5 a.m. off North Nebraska Avenue near East McBerry Street.

The most recent death is being treated as related to the other three murders, which remain unsolved, police said.

This comes almost a month after a killer shot and killed three people over the span of 10 days in Seminole Heights.

Residents within the police perimeter - Osborne Avenue to Hillsborough and Nebraska Avenues to 15th Street - are asked to stay in their homes and keep their children home from school until an "all clear" is given.
