"Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances", the spokesperson said. The lawsuit has been filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.
She reportedly said he arranged a meeting at the luxurious hotel in 2015 to discuss a role for the Netflix upcoming series "Marco Polo" and claimed that he gripped her wrist with one of his hands and masturbated with the other. From there, he invited her to awards show parties and maintained regular communication over the next few years.
She didn't describe the nature of the relationship but said that in 2015 she met Weinstein at a hotel to talk about a job on a show called "Marco Polo". The documents do not specify where the incident took place within the hotel. She says he excused himself, came back out in a bathrobe, grabbed her, threw her on the bed, pulled down her jeans and began orally copulating her.
The document continues, "Weinstein then used his massive weight and strength to force himself on her, pushing his penis inside of her vagina without a condom".
Doe is suing for sexual battery, gender violence, battery, assault, and negligence. "Plaintiff finally broke free from his grasp and immediately left the bedroom and suite". Then in 2016 at the same hotel, he forcibly performed oral and vaginal sex on her, the complaint alleged. She allegedly "swore at him and hung up the phone".

Weinstein, who was sacked by the Weinstein Co last month, has sued his former employer for company records that he says could help him defend himself against sexual assault allegations, and for a wrongful termination case, according to court documents.
The woman claims she met the movie executive, who has been accused of sexual misconduct by a host of actresses since October, at a party in Los Angeles in 2011, when she says Weinstein offered to help her with her film career.
A representative for Weinstein has denied the woman's allegations. Due to the outpouring of cases against him, the New York Police Department, the LAPD, the BHPD, and London's Metropolitan Police Service and Scotland have all conducted investigations to deal with the charges.
