Liverpool and Everton to meet in FA Cup third round

Jamie Carragher is hopeful that Liverpool will "f*** up" Everton's Christmas and New Year by beating their Merseyside rivals in the Premier League and FA Cup.

The other eye-catching ties in the third round include the all-Premier League fixtures between Liverpool and their neighbours Everton, Manchester City hosting a North-West derby with Burnley and Brighton and Hove Albion receiving a visit from Crystal Palace.

This'll be the first meeting between the Saints and Fulham in almost four years since the visitors last made the trip to west London; a team which consisted of the likes of Luke Shaw and Victor Wanyama was able to satisfactory overcome the Cottagers with a 3-0 result in the Premier League back in February 2014 - Adam Lallana, Rickie Lambert and Jay Rodriquez with the goals that day. There will also be a north-east derby with Middlesbrough taking on their Championship rivals Sunderland while Manchester City will welcome Burnley to the Etihad Stadium.

This is the stage at which all Premier League and Championship teams join the tournament, plus the teams that won previous qualifying rounds.
