Apple promised that the Amazon Prime Video app was coming to the Apple TV earlier in the year. Apple TV users can head to the tvOS Play Store to download Prime Video. Then it lists various content collections (including Originals, Movies, TV, and Kids), purchased items in Video Library, things you've marked for later in Watchlist, and Settings. The Prime Video app is, unfortunately, only compatible with the 3rd-generation Apple TV and newer models. Alternatively, you can opt to subscribe just to Amazon Prime Video for £5.99 a month.
The new Apple TV supports 4K and HDR so it should be able to take advantage of both in Amazon Prime Video's catalog.

A three-judge Supreme Court bench of Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices Ashok Bhushan and Abdul Nazeer will hear the case. Surjewala also accused the ruling BJP of raking up the Ayodhya issue to escape from the "failed" development promises.
Despite the competition between Apple and Amazon, it's easy to see why the two agreed for the Prime Video app to finally become available for the Apple TV. Once you've installed it on your Apple TV, you can browse without logging in, but unsurprisingly, to watch anything, you'll need to sign in to your Amazon account. The main reason why the outlet chose to stop selling the set-top-box was due to it not being capable of running Prime Video because if someone bought the box on Amazon, they'd think it could stream Prime video content and they'd be disappointed.
The app and partnership was originally announced in June during Apple's annual developer conference. It was also reported that Amazon would once again start selling the Apple TV on its platform, which is yet to happen.
