Capcom submits Amaterasu Dota 2 courier to the Steam Workshop

The game was thrilling when it was released back in 2006 and was instantly hailed for its handsome story and unique character design. Okami HD will be recapturing that magic for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC players on December 12. Although the page has been up since early November, Capcom has officially put out an Okami-themed item on the Dota 2 Steam workshop where it has recently gained traction.
This means that Capcom has simply submitted Amaterasu as a mod, and is leaving it to the Dota 2 community to vote on whether or not everyone's favourite wolf should make it into the game or not.
A courier is a character in each game of Dota 2 that is able to walk or fly items purchased by a player to their owner.
Amaterasu is a good dog. As part of that re-release, dubbed Okami HD, the game's protagonist may also wind up making an appearance in Valve's very popular MOBA, Dota 2. She is the Sun Goddess with a quiet, yet indomitable nature.
For those who are not familiar with the "Okami" games, here's a brief description of the upcoming remaster: "Experience the critically acclaimed masterpiece with its renowned Sumi-e ink art style in breathtaking high resolution". And the Master Chocobo, a tie-in promo item for Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, came to Dota 2 in 2015. This means couriers are created to cut the time it takes for players to get items. Ammy might be popping up as a courier in Dota 2, but not necessarily because a deal has been reached.
