Kate Middleton wears Princess Diana's tiara at palace party

Kate Middleton was spotted wearing one of Princess Diana's favorite tiaras — and she looks stunning

Last month the Duchess of Cambridge dipped her hand into the Queen's jewellery box to borrow one of her famous necklaces which was favoured by Princess Diana, and this week Kate made a decision to wear one of her favourite tiaras. Kate Middleton was seen sporting the sparkly headpiece as she and her husband, Prince William, arrived at the annual diplomatic reception yesterday evening. She recently wore it in July during a state dinner welcoming King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain, when she paired it with a lace pink dress.

Kate has worn the jewellery once before at the same event a year ago, which she attended wearing a red Jenny Packham gown.

Though her full outfit wasn't photographed, the mother-of-two looked every bit the flawless princess, wearing a diamond necklace, drop pearl earrings and a beaded white dress.

She did the same in December 2015 as well.
