BlackBerry KeyOne Bronze Edition arrives with promise of more keyboard phones

TCL said today that it's got two new BlackBerry smartphones coming in 2018.
The Motion is set to hit the USA as a GSM unlocked phone on January 12th, sold online through Amazon and Best Buy for $449.99. TCL notes more information on the regional availability of BlackBerry KEYone Bronze Edition will be shared shortly, including market availability and pricing.
Finally, Blackberry Motion is making its way to the U.S., as it is going to be made available in the market from January 12. Which means it's not going to hit the United States anytime soon.
"BlackBerry phones are the world's most secure Android smartphones because we've designed security into every possible piece of software", said Alex Thurber, SVP and GM of Mobility Solutions, BlackBerry. The BlackBerry KEYone Bronze Edition features a bronze finish and dual SIM slots.
Announced in October, the BlackBerry Motion was originally offered only in select markets including the UAE region and Canada.

And finally, BlackBerry confirmed it is working on an Android 8.0 Oreo update for the Keyone and the Motion, but didn't provide a timeframe for its release.
However it goes further than that, with Alain Lejeune, Global General Manager for BlackBerry Mobile confirming that it will launch "at least two new phones" in 2018.
