Harvey Weinstein Attacked at Restaurant in Scottsdale

Steve said he got him good, causing him to nearly fall, but the manager once again disagreed and said that, despite trying, neither punch actually hit Weinstein because Steve was drunk and disorderly. And he later declined to press charges.
The man, identified by TMZ only as Steve, had reportedly first asked Weinstein if he could have his photo taken with him, and the request was denied.
Harvey Weinstein was "patty-caked" in the face by a stranger at an Arizona restaurant while dining with his sober coach on Tuesday night. The man repeatedly hurled obscenities at Weinstein before slapping him twice with the back of his hand. The manager said Weinstein was "sweet" about saying no, and that Steve appeared to be drunk when he approached Weinstein again later that evening. The guy, calling himself Steve, claims he went to Weinstein's table to tell him how much he loved the guy's movies.

Harvey Weinstein braved heading out from behind closed doors after being accused by multiple women of sexual abuse, harassment and rape late previous year. Steve and his dinner companion made a decision to leave at the same time.
Steve allegedly told Weinstein "You're such a piece of shit for what you did to these women", and attempted to hit the producer twice in the face, with neither punch connecting.
Harvey Weinstein and his coach went to leave the restaurant around 9pm. Steve's friend reportedly asked Weinstein if he wanted to call the police, but he declined and left.
