Samsung makes one of the best Android handsets there out there but more important than selling smartphones is a way to provide customers on how to get them repaired immediately should something unfortunate happen to them. Plus, the companies plan to add nearly 200 additional service locations by early 2019.

The good folks over at iFixit have been ripping apart a Samsung Galaxy S9 and a Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus, revealing a few hidden secrets about the brand new flagship phones.

That includes front and back replacements, including cracked and broken screens. Most repairs will be done within two hours or less, Samsung says.

According to Samsung, "walk-ins are always welcome" and uBreakiFix will offer "same-day repairs" for most issues. Samsung says that these uBreakiFix centers will be able to offer same-day fix service in most cases.

It's worth mentioning that Samsung customers can schedule an appointment at one of the authorized uBreakiFix service locations, or they can simply drop off their device without an appointment.

Samsung will massively expand its repairs centers across the United States, the company announced.

Reaching the "majority of the continental U.S. population", these 371 certified Samsung Care locations are spread across "all major USA metro areas", welcoming walk-ins, as well as appointments for blazing fast repairs. For the moment, it seems uBreakiFix and Samsung Care will be focusing more on fixing faulty phones than demonstrating value-add features, however.

Currently, Samsung sells an extended warranty service called "Premium Care" that costs $12 a month and offers in-home support and extra coverage against accidental damages.
