Facebook Stories to get AR drawings and Boomerangs in the near future

"Facebook tells me technology understands the corners and objects in the room to create a 3D spec. Facebook could use that to detect surfaces like walls and tables to wrap the drawing onto them".
It has been a long time since Facebook had come up with their backup facility, therefore, it is quite disappointing it took a huge span of time for Instagram to bring this update.
The report also pointed out that AR drawing will be known as "3D drawing" and will roll out for Facebook users in coming weeks.
Facebook has just added Instagram'sBoomerang feature in its Stories feature allowing users to create looping GIFs. Facebook has warned though that the feature isn't ideal yet, and the quality of the AR experience will depend on the lighting while capturing images as well as how well the contours of the subject are captured.
Facebook has been working on pushing into the AR sector for a while now. People can soon draw scribbles before or during recording and then move the camera around to see the markings stay in place.
