Cohen's lawyers are expected to complain to Manhattan federal court judge Kimba Wood about the scope of the documents the FBI took from his hotel room and office earlier this week, according to a person with knowledge of the matter. "And anyone who has ever hired a lawyer a close third".

But they did say Trump's remarks could complicate the Stormy Daniels case against Cohen. Or, they said, the court could appoint a special master for that goal.
