During its E3 2018 keynote, EA revealed it will be launching Origin Access Premier, a new PC streaming service that will give players access to a greater catalog of titles from EA's online library.
Membership for the service costs $15 per month or $100 a year.
It's going to offer "full access" to new EA games first, and the upcoming launches of Madden NFL 19, Federation Internationale de Football Association 19, Battlefield V and Anthem were all mentioned. This means that you can potentially play the game four days before its 10 August 2018 release. Note that there's differing rates between the monthly and yearly rates. (NASDAQ:EA) announced a new PC subscription tier, Origin™ Access Premier*, that unlocks a new way to play. It was announced today at EA Play, and looks to work a lot like Xbox Game Pass does.
So that's EA'sOrigin Access Premier. "No trial, no waiting, just play". So what can interested players expect from this service?
Another possible game changing feature Origin Access Premier is going to offer, is the ability to stream those via the cloud.
This is not the first subscription based game streaming service, with PlayStation Now, which released in mid 2015, allowing for the streaming of PlayStation games. It also gives a 10 percent discount on any purchase from Origin. No limited time trials. Current Origin Access members will now become Origin Access Basic members and will have the same benefits as before. Play the full game starting five days before launch without purchasing it separately, until you cancel your Premier membership. "Plus, dive into over 100 PC titles whenever you want".
