Square Enix’s E3 Presentation Leaves Audiences Asking: Is This It?
Jun 12 2018 by Joanne Wise
Kingdom Hearts 3 fans have eagerly awaited E3 for any new news about the highly anticipated game, and during the Square Enix panel, the publisher debuted a new trailer that showed some new gameplay. Not much else is known at the moment, though you can watch a trailer for it below. Despite the Luminary being on the receiving end of a monologue about how harsh their life has been so far - and then taking part in a battle against the undead - it's all quite strangely celebratory.
While Square Enix's showcase was ultimately disappointing, it's all their own doing.
Shadow Of The Tomb Raider offered a first look at jungle combat, with what seems to be a stealth system very similar to the Predator sections in Batman: Arkham. The Quiet Man is a weird pitch but a new IP, which I will always approve of. Just Cause 4 is due to launch on December 4th.
Developer Platinum Games, which also made Nier: Automata, gave a glimpse of its upcoming project with a timeline-centric trailer. The reveal of a new world, or an early look at its Big Hero 6 locale?
In celebration of this new game, the Dragon Quest franchise will also be crossing over with Final Fantasy: Brave Exvius.
